Schools

Rachel has worked extensively in schools in this country and abroad in her role as an Educator coordinator for The London Philharmonic Orchestra and more recently as a freelance music consultant. She has partnered with educational institutions for children and young people of all ages, and using her training as a music therapist, in schools for those with complex additional needs.

She will work alongside both specialist and non specialist music teachers to offer bespoke resources, including schemes of work, and to encourage, inspire and build confidence in staff. Rachel also works extensively with students both in schools and online with private tutoring.

Rachel can offer online assistance or visit your school for bespoke, face to face support. Together you will work with Rachel to build on areas of need within your department or individual teaching in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Rachel’s aim is always to promote good teaching and learning, whilst having fun and fostering a genuine love of music for all.
